very thin 11" to 15" screen help.

Hello everyone as the title says I need help with a 11" to 15" screen. What I plan on using the screen for is a "briefcase" computer. By that I mean I plan on making a desktop computer inside a metal briefcase so, I well have the best of both worlds, portability and power. Now what I need of the screen is it needs to be thin, it needs to be able to connect to a desktop motherboard (obviously) such as thishttp://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/asus-asus-p8h77-m-csm-lga-1155-motherboard-p8h77-m-csm/10207911.aspx?path=af316417e3c69e5d56a54dccbdc462bden02 or this http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/asus-asus-p8z77-v-pro-lga-1155-motherboard-p8z77-v-pro/10207907.aspx?path=14cd1ade39d1707be60d72f9c1665ab2en02, and it needs to be with in 11-15" to work. If you could link anything that would be of help I would greatly appreciate it.

Depending on what you know about displays, you could always buy a small flatscreen monitor and remove the case so all you have is the panel, PCB and cabling.

I know very little but, I was thinking of doing that already I was just hoping there was an easier way.
