Order question

i ordered something from the cooler master store and was curious on how long it was gonna take to process and ship out to me (a rough estimate is fine im in no hurry just would like to have an idea of when to look for something in the mail) at the moment the order says "Awaiting Fulfillment" i placed it on the the 10th of this month (yesterday) so any details i could get would be great if you would need any information from me to help just post asking so and ill PM it



Edit order now says "Awaiting Shipment" which is cool seems it was processed pretty quick


Edit 2 Order has been shipped


Edit 3 order received today order was placed on the 10th processing took 2 days shipped in 3 days thumb.gif

It takes 10 business days to process. Awaiting fulfilment means they're getting your order together. After about 10 business days, it ships. It is shipped via UPS Ground, which is 3 business days. So expect it to be at your house in about a week and a half from today. Last time I ordered the side panel window for the trooper, it took 9 business days to process and ship. It's sorta ridiculous how it takes that long to process.

I never shop at CM store anymore, because it takes way too long than it really should. I only go on their site if they are the only ones that have the part I need.

thanks for the info and yea i looked other places but i was getting a set of U3 fans for a laptop cooler and no were else seems to carry just the fans so i had to order from CM store no prob on the waiting though for free shipping i expect at least a week or two depending on were i order from

It should take up to two business days to get it processed and shipped out. You also have to factor in the time it gets sent to the destination.

Orders will always be top priority to get shipped out.

thanks for the reply quick question would you know were the order is shipping from ? (like what state no exact location needed as if its close by i have gotten orders shipped in 1 day like some orders from newegg or if its across the US or outside of it i have seen orders take a week or two to ship)
