All I can tell you is that I can hit 40LG in Quake Live with a Xornet.

But it's more about muscle memory than the mouse. A "clean" mouse is important, though, and I think the Xornet qualifies. I don't know about that other mouse.
Never played BF3 though, so I don't know what aim's like in that game.

you think i made the wrong choice? this one's only 1600dpi and it says on the box "suitable for notebook gaming".

i just replaced the Roccat Pyra to a Logitech G400. the reason is because the scroll wheel was unresponsive sometimes. its much better now.
