You have badly matched rads. The RX loses steam around 1500rpm, and the EX is just waking up at 1500rpm. I might get some AP29's and run 'em at 1k rpm, and turn it up for silly static pressure when you need it.

I guess I also forgot to mention that I run my EX rad at around 1500rpm, with the remainder of my case fans, including my RX 360 at 1000-1200rpm. doh.gif

I know this might be silly, but but have u checked to see if u have taken off the 2nd plastic film off the cpu contact surface? The raystrom has the film its wrapped in, plus another small film on the surface.

You should certainly see a drop once you have better fans. But at 1000-1200 you're probably only seeing 0.9-1.0 mm-H2O if that. Compare that to the Cougar V12 @1200rpm with 1.73 mm-H2O

Also, you are certain there is no air in your loop?

RX are low speed fans and EX are mid speed fans, obviously. Thus what you've got going are two opposing philosophies regarding noise and fan speed. It's like taking two steps forward and one back. Either go all out mid speed or low speed but don't mix both because you sort of defeat the other's point. For the RX rad, you need the highest static pressure fans at 1K rpms, and those are the AP15s. The EX on the other hand you want the best 200rpm fans and there's a few to choose from. I like the AP29's, they're like AP15s except the kick butt up to 3000rpm. The other thing with low speed rad setups, is that you HAVE TO use a lot more rad to make up for the low speed.

I can't be 100% certain of zero-air (opaque tubing, while aesthetically pleasing sucks for observing any trapped air). However i'm rather confident that my bleed is solid. I took each radiator and flipped it every which way while tapping/shaking to dislodge bubbles. Took about 2 days total of running in various orientations.

IMO your problem is not related to cooling system. As you can see your voltage for 4.6 GHz is quite low . Acording BSOD code you have one option more to try stabilizing system by adjusting CPU VCCSA voltage. Otherwise just rise VCore

If my system is stable 4.6 at my current 1.375 VCore (24+ hr prime95 tests), why would I want to raise that? raising the voltage would increase overall heat output, in turn hurting my temps further.

I attempted to lower my voltages for a stable 4.6 oc in an attempt to lower my overall heat output, but resulted in a unstable system.

You don't need that high of rpm for for the ex series...at all

If he is stable then he's stable and his voltage isn't low for 4.6, if anything it's high.
