Their test system pulled 449W from the wall outlet with two 560 Ti's under full load.  Except the CPU was idling, so let's just add 200W to account for the rest of the system (which is unrealistically high, I know) which makes the system pulling 649W from the wall outlet.  However, the PSU isn't 100% efficient, so that means the system would pull less than 649W from the PSU during this power draw.  If it were 85% efficient, then that would mean the system would pull about 551W.

It's like advanced alien technology! :)
