Switch the H100 for Noctua NH-D14. The H100 has a high failure rate. Get some low profile RAM, like the Corsair Vengeance Low profile RAMs.

For the CPU go with an i7 3770k. For 3d Rendering go with a HD 7970 or 7950. Maybe you want to change the case to something like a 550D or something. I don't know anything about Antec Cases

Can't use that case with that motherboard, btw.

No EATX support; no room for a triple radiator; narrow; top paint looks cheap.
MaximumPC

ASUS Maximus V EXTREME LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX Intel Motherboard

Check out these three.

No side window, but looks sexy.

Or get a motherboard that is just ATX and not EATX

I will agree with the above post about the 3770k, as your title states "gaming" it would seem that your primary intention is to use it for just that. The 2600k already does fairly well even against the 3930K when the 2600k is at higher clocks. As for the video some good research will be required to make a choice on 3D rendering. Although from some minor searches I find that Nvidia does tend to be a more favored brand for just that. Also that CPU will not work on socket LGA 1155 you will need a X79 based board for that CPU to work. Z77=1155, X79=2011.

Thank you, do you have any recommendation for an X79 board?

Okay. Do you ever plan to use 4 GTX 680s? Probably not. Drop the quad SLI capable motherboard and you can have that case. Looks very nice, I take it you really like it? MaximumPC said it was very good, but just that it didn't have EATX support was a negative.

They don't. I really like that case, too. Besides being a full tower case without support for EATX (all the space, and no room for a large motherboard?), it has a nice window that most other cases in that category don't. I like the HAF XM (mid tower that support EAXT motherboards) and the CM Storm Trooper. But, if you get a motherboard that isnt' EAXT, then you can keep the tower.

For computing, the GTX 680 is very weak.
