Razer Abyssus jitters?

Thread Starter
Lookin at this thread seems like the quality on Razer Abyssus is not wery good?
The thread is from 2012 Aug and many ppl have jittery mouse.

I was either considering a kinzuadder or the Razer abyssus but not sure what to do now frown.gif

Is a Kinzuadder with Kinzu v1 and a Razer 3G better quality?

I tried an Abyssus recently and it came with a defected scroll wheel, the mouse felt pretty cheap overall. Of all of my cloth pads (2 talents, QcK+, Goliathus Speed) I only had jitter on the Talents which was solved by flipping them 180 degrees, YMMV though as it seems to be completely random.

I'd like to reserve judgement on the quality of the Abyssus since I wasn't sure if the problems I had (besides the scroll wheel) were common like the sticker cutout on the bottom of the mouse having sharp edges and scraping my cloth pads whenever I would tilt the mouse or press into my mousepad. I'm not sure if I'll ever try an Abyssus again, the shape wasn't my kind of thing.

Just keep in mind that the abyssus is designed with a budget perspective in mind. While it share the same sensor that the deathadder, the len design and the firmware is different.
