Help Connecting Macbook To HDTV

I need help finding the proper cable or piece of equipment to connect a 2011 macbook pro through the mini display port to an HDTV through the traditional HD component (Green,Blue,Red,White,Red) not HDMI or VGA. Can someone please send me a link? I can't seem to find one.
