you are about 10c over the safe limit

dude you are gonna fry your hardware...

do some more good research before attempting this.
im sorry but im going to say what everyone is thinking but afraid to say

You dont know enough about computers to do this.

for your own good, restore your bios to factory default before you destroy your cpu/motherboard and/or other components...

Keep it under 60C, and for the love of god, spend $30 on a decent cooler!

hello,
just done a bit of looking in to your motherboard and cpu. the motherboard is capible of supporting a phenom II x4 at 3.7ghz, your cpu is 3ghz so you should be able to reach 3.6ghz and if the motherboard blows , return it as it did not work as specified on there retail web site.
the cpu will need a good cpu cooler as your cpu temps will melt the mobo behind it. there is no need to go mad ocing your cpu as most games only see small improvements in fps with a overclocked cpu,its more the dual gpu machines that need a lot more power as single gpu's cant do more as its maxed out already.

If i buy a cpu cooler (water cooling), will i be able to overclock at 3.6 ghz with no problems?
