I'm not an Apple fan boy, but I don't think Nokia have a case here. When I first saw the Nokia phones, I first though of iPods. These new iPods seem like a natural progression from the older models.

If anything, I would have said with the original Nokia Windows phones, the design seemed like a copy of the iPods but with a raised flat screen.

I'm sorry, those look nothing like the new versions. This a blatant copy of a Lumia

The Nokia's ends taper, the screen is raised with a relatively small black layer, and the front and back of the Lumia are completely flat with no keypad.

They look completely different to me. The new Nano Touch looks more like the Lumia 900s now.

Really? Drop the button control interface and increase screen size for touch and you begin to see a resemblance but wider of course. Honestly, I'm an Android fan but when the Lumia was first introduced, I immediately just thought of a very good looking new iPod.

I'm personally sick of both sides of the argument. It's just like motor vehicles, they all begin to look the same.
