PSU Fan problem?!

I have a Corsair Tx650w V2 Enthusiast Series PSU, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817139020
I noticed the fan would only spin when i turn on computer, it would spin for 5 seconds then stop and wont turn back on. Ive played games like BF3 and it still wont spin. I just ran Furmark and Prime 95 at the same time and it still wont spin. Gpu got 70C and Cores got up to 69C. Ive heard that the psu fan will only start spinning after hitting a certain temperature but i think it should spin after running both prime 95 and furmark. Is it time for a new psu or is this normal?

I wouldn't worry about it. You probably aren't stressing the PSU enough for it to need to kick the fan on. This would happen especially if the PSU is overkill for your system.

Ok hopefully your right. Also I plan on getting another Msi 660 ti PE to SLI, will this psu be able to handle SLI and will the fan kick more often since I'm gonna be using more power with another 660ti?

This is likely a feature of the PSU. My AX650 kicks in for about 1 second when i start the computer up and stops spinning. You probably aren't using enough watts or it's not hot enough (both of these are good!). Don't worry about, it's a feature just to reduce noise and dust buildup in the PSU.
