just a guess but download crystaldiskinfo and check hdd health, probably isn't it but still good to have.

Thank you for the recommendation , I thought about the HDD but then thought it probably wasn't it (I don't know what I was thinking). I will run that now and see how it goes.

It is really getting to me, as it shouldn't be happening. I am about to run some furmark and prime 95 see how they go. I will report back with the result of them

There were no issues or errors/artifacts with Furmark, Prime 95, Crystaldiskinfo or HDtune
