alright so day 3 and I finally see "battlefield 3 limited edition" in my library not exactly premium edition but I'm happy they finally responded with an email and gave me fulfillment for the game.
I was informed of the lack of fulfillment on your order for Battlefield 3 Premium Edition and I wanted to reach out to you personally. First off, I apologize that this has turned out to be such a poor experience for you. You placed an order and everything went through successfully, but you never received what you rightfully purchase. That is never what we want you to expect when using Origin and I will be glad to make sure everything is sorted out.
I checked on your order and everything does appear to have processed fine. However, there seems to be an issue with the fulfillment on a select number of Premium Edition order that caused the actual content to not be granted on release. I have fixed this on your account so the next time you log in you should see Battlefield 3 Limited Edition ready to download. Also, once installed, you will have full premium access. If you have any difficulties with the download or concerns over the matter in general please don't hesitate to let me know.
There is one other thing I want to do for you as well. While you should have received the game on release, instead you have had to wait despite contacting our support for assistance. To help make up for the matter I would like to provide a 50% off code to our Origin store, good towards your next purchase. The code should be valid on anything (save Star Wars: The Old Republic) and won't expire until the end of the year:
game is downloading now, so I will have to wait to check for the actual premium content, but I guess with all my persistence I actually did get through to a senior support team, it was nice of them to grant me a 50% off code, medal of honor warfighter or crysis 3 for $30 does sound like a pretty good deal. but I will be rather hesitant to purchase from them again.
