Quick question about the QCK mass/heavy

So I currently own a regular qck right now and I love everything about it with the exception of its comfort. It's a very thin pad so I pretty much have my palm pressing on my hard desk.

You guys know that bone on the right side of your palm? That is what hurts the most since the majority of the time you have your hand positioned in a 45 degree angle.

Anyways, I was wondering if the QCK mass/heavy would add that extra cushioning. Is it a hard foam or more of a soft foam?

The foam is soft.

Get a beanbag wrist rest. The bone in your hand won't rub on the mousepad.

^yea this! Before I was just using a folded face wash type towel and that worked until i got the bean bag type rests.

I don't really like the extra height a wrist rest adds. Maybe, though; which one would you recommend?

I've had the QcK+ / Mass/ Heavy and some of the limited editions. Plus I had the same problem, my hand always dragged on my hard table. So I bought the Heavy, and it was too thick, and I had problems with the added height, it just didn't feel right. That extra 2c just wasn't my thing, and it became really slow after some days, for some reason I think the limited editions are a bit slicker.

Now I'm using an SK Gaming, and it's just perfect, very mushy and I have some of the outer part hanging so that I can rest my wrist on it. smile.gif

True. limited editions has [slick] textures in them.

As for the general OP question - yeah, Heavy / Mass should be more comfortable
