That's too bad, was worth a try though.

Any chance some cooling liquid might have leaked from the system?

Is this in your test bench rig?

About leak i cant tell if it plausible, nope testbench rsts now till sime tweaks

That looks OK, you have 2 fans on it in push pull?

Does the radiator get warm under load?

Do you have the pump (CPU fan) running full speed? what RPM does it report?

To all questions one answer, YES, RPM is around 4k, speedfan somehow dont wanna show up speed, bios only shows it....
My fault didnt saw the right numbers...

Sounds like you got it all covered, not sure why it's not performing.

Only the pump rpm sounds high at 4K, mine (different brand) is usually around 1200-1400 rpm, so I'm not sure if that is normal or not.
