Thermaltake TR2-430W Question

Just checking my thoughts on this build. I have an older TR2-430w sitting around here.
I know that this PSU will deliever 350w Cont.
I think it can handle this rig.
So what do you think?

Rig
CPU : Athlon II x4 640 (3.0ghz/NB 2400)
CPU Cooler : Rosewill RCX-Z1 3000 RPM fan on it
Mobo : AsRock 880GM-LE FX (with VRM Cooler)
Memory : Team 2x2gb DDR3 1600 9-9-9-25-1T
Video : HD5770
HDD : 2 7.2k RPM,2 5.2k and 1 SSD
ROM : DVD player and DVD burner
Case Fan : 1 80mm high speed

It'll run it, but the quality's not great. It could give out.

Well It has been a good PSU so far. I had it for about 5 years now.

Yes it is, but the only thing that is oc is the CPU/NB speed.
