i took a look at the gelids, they look interesting for the price. what RPM do you recommend for running on rads?

I'm running yates loon mediums in push/pull on my rasa and they are the quietest part of my rig. I can hear my windforce 670 fan at 40% better than the yates and they push a good amount of air. Have them wired to a fan controller, but haven't felt the need to under-volt and I'm a huge baby about noise... (sold my 670 FTW because the fan was way to loud for me w/ headphones on even and bought a windforce 670 if that frames the picture, and the FTW did 1337 core...)

like i said, in 'general'. even the hyper 212 isnt great, if i had access to something like a zalman performa or xigmatek gaia, id grab that instead
