120Hz, IPS, 300PPI Display?

Looking for something that offers all 3 of those combined. Is anything like that out there on the market right now?

120Hz = great for liquid smooth framerates in gaming (and yep, a GPU upgrade would be required to make full use of that increase in FPS)
IPS = great for accurate colours. as a web designer it is a great thing to have
300PPI = maybe it's overkill but being able to look at the monitor up close and not see any pixels would be pretty nice. (may also require a GPU upgrade for pushing that many pixels all the time)

2880x1800 monitors dont exist at the moment, at least in the consumer world by major distributors... IPS+120Hz is already asking much.

Its either one or the other. No monitor is going to give all three.

Not anytime soon. You're already risking frying something when pushing a standard 1920x1080 IPS to 120hz.

It's not on the market so technically it doesn't exist

And at 27" that's nowhere near 300ppi, barely breaks 100ppi.

You do realize even a 4K (3840x2160) 24" Monitor is only 183.58 PPI, and although I have not been keeping up with 4K monitors the smallest I have seen I believe is 32" not to mention it will only be able to take a 60hz source at the moment.

You would need an 8K (7680x4320) 24" monitor for 367.15 PPI (27 = 326.36), bump that up to 30" and it is not even at your mental "300 PPI" standard and it is now at 293.72 PPI, which is also the equivalent of 16 1080p displays, now at current standard we are almost at the maximum of the cable bandwidths at 1920x1080 @120hz, so you would need 16 outputs from the gpu's that are dual link dvi in order to support said resolution, (not sure about DP limitations as of now)

Currently these are your standard monitors

23" 24" 27" - 1920x1080 @ 120hz TN
30" - 2560x1600 @ 60hz IPS
27" - 2560x1440 @ 60hz IPS or PLS
24" - 1920x1200 @ 60hz IPS

You can overclock a catleap to 120hz and they are 27" 2560x1440 IPS panels but that measly 108.79 PPI just will not be good enough for you.
