hi everyone
i have a gigabyte ds3, E6300 c2D and
patriot memory DDR2 667 PDC22G5300LLK

i am having problems with my overclock... because of the memory...
I found that out because memtest fails on OC and passes on stock... it passes sometimes on OC... but a low one "2.4Ghz"

i heard of people that got this memory higher than 900mhz... please help me out

give me suggestions on voltages and timings

Patriot RAM, hhhmm......seems like your sticks are not meant for overclocking, but don't feel bad, same crap happened to me with my Corsair DDR2 800 modules, they were never able to OC pass 900mhz so I ended up selling them and getting G.Skill.

So, I'd say if you have or can RMA them to the store, get a new and different brand, Patriot is not exactly the kind of RAM that's compatible with most MoBos. I had Patriot for a GIGABYTE board and the RAM never worked, so I switched to an OCZ set but that was for DDR.

Hm Ive only heard of a couple sets of Patriot being able to overclock like that, and those are the 800mhz chips if I remember right, what model of chips do you have??
