You could post the most damning evidence that refutes all his points, but as it passes through the Apple reality distortion field wit would be moulded into something eh can argue with.

I don't care about this patent war any more, after the complete and utter flop that is the iPhone 5 it's clear that Apple can't compete any more.

Still really too early to call it a flop...however, so far I can't really see much of a reason to by an iPhone 5 over a iPhone 4S. Sure it is a little better, but the 4S will be cheaper...and honestly I haven't found a reason to by a iPhone 4S over my Android Galaxy 2 4G touch either.

On top of that the tablet war has only just begun. So it will be interesting to see Apple's position in the market a few years from now.

The world was expecting Apple to deliver a new iPhone that completely and utter surpassed everything before it and made every other phone look silly, old and boring.

Instead they got the iPhone 5....

No no no, it's the biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone, their website says so.

Apple will have to watch out, they don't want another law suit, suing themselves for putting out a bad iPhone copy...

As opposed to what?

The GSIII brought nothing new to the table.

It brought a more powerful processor (even though the GSII can run everything on the Android app store), which makes the CPU upgrade completely redundant. Other than a slightly better screen, and the new shape, it's the exact same phone as the GSII.

People act like Apple are the only stale company in the market, however the truth is that all smartphone manufacturers are releasing nothing new these days.

Considering he sleeps with an iphone, ipad and mac cluttered within 4 inches of his person at night, you can do whatever.
He's an unabashed apple shill on the forums.

His posts are wholly of no useful value

No they won't be satisfied until Android is gone. They'll have to give up eventually though, it won't happen.

It's about protecting their IP -- which means suing anyone who uses it. Though they do actually want to destroy Android.
