[fosspatents] German court hands Apple rubber-banding patent injunction against Google's Motorola Mobility - Page 7

Not sure why people are getting on Steelbom's case. He's one of the more rational posters in these Android v. Apple threads. Can't say I'm happy to hear this kind of news though. It baffles me how software concepts can be patented, it should be limited to implementation and method.

It brought a more powerful processor (even though the GSII can run everything on the Android app store), which makes the CPU upgrade completely redundant. Other than a slightly better screen, and the new shape, it's the exact same phone as the GSII.
People act like Apple are the only stale company in the market, however the truth is that all smartphone manufacturers are releasing nothing new these days.

Yeah I should have expanded to include the S3...honestly I would have paid more to get the S2 if I had to. The S3's are bigger by a decent amount and I never want to have a phone bigger than this S2...unless some one finally breaks down and releases a tablet that has phone capability.

The GsIII brought smart stay, ability to shoot videos and take pics at the same time (HTC had this also), the ability to watch a video while doing something else.

All useful features stated above.

What did Apple bring? panoramic photos? Really? My last 5 phones took panoramic pics...

What the hell? Maybe you should try reading next time. My post had nothing to do with defending Apple and I certainly don't love the company.
I guess I should just start saying you all have reality distortion fields too... that seems to be the easy way to "win". I have no reality distortion field, the evidence which apparently is damning and refutes all my points just doesn't exist.
I'm not a shill... good grief man don't get so uptight. Either post about the topic or don't post.
Your opinion. I find your post to be of no "useful value". I'm arguing my point, like everyone else in this thread. I'm entitled to my opinion. You don't see me shooting insults in the direction of anyone who disagrees with me.

Sure, keep living in denial. Your posts on here speak to your allegiance and bias. Your posts are predictable and 1-dimensional.

That's not fair, that Steve jobs quote was taking out of context and exxagerated. It's what all the android fan boys go to to justify their thieving. Steelbom can explain it better than I can.

I don't see any of that stuttering in real time though. wink.gif

All BS aside, you don't notice it until you actually try it and live with JB. I had to overclock my GNex to 1.35ghz on ICS to get the same smoothness as 900mhz on JB. It really IS that big of a difference. Not to mention the battery savings!
