Maybe pump is in a sleep mode. It sounds like it is snoring.

I know you said you bled it but did you try and put the case face down so the air can escape the rad ?

that is a D5 right ?? I know with mine I get a bit of noise if I am having a hard time getting all the air out and that looks like the pump is directly on the metal case so the sound will be amplified

What happens if you kink the tube and leave that running? Is there still any sound?

Another question: is it directly connected to your psu or is it through a motherboard header or fan controller?
