newbie overclocking help

hey guys/girls

new guy here and i need some help. i'm trying to over clock my system and from what i can tell the multiplier is locked. so the only way to overclock the system is to adjust the FSB. i'm ok with that and i found an article that explains how my motherboard is overclocked. the only problem si that in this article says that i can access the memory settings by holding ctrl + f1 but when i do that nothing happens. do i need to mess with the memory timing to get the most out of the overclock. here are the specs on the memory i have

SPD Memory Modules:
DIMM1 256 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (2.5-4-4-8 @ 200 MHz)
DIMM2: Apacer Tech. 256 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-4-4-8 @ 200 MHz) (2.5-3-3-7 @ 166 MHz) (2.0-3-3-6 @ 133 MHz)
DIMM3 512 MB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-4-4-8 @ 200 MHz) (2.5-3-3-7 @ 166 MHz) (2.0-3-3-6 @ 133 MHz)

and here is a link to the article LINK the bios info is on page 8-10 and the overclock info is on page 11. thanks for the help any of you can offer me.

What is a concern is the chip set that manages the MB, it a SIS and that set along with the VIS set do not have an ability to control ot "lock " the bus speeds of the PCI and AGP. Much more than moderate OCing of the CPU's FSB will cause instability in the PCI/AGP bus.
The RAM...
They will all default to the 3-4-4-8 timings and all considered, thosw will be fine, all you need to do is up the RAM's voltage of vdimm.
Don't quote me but I think you have the "ctrl/F1 option once you are in the BIOS.

now the only voltage setting for ram i can find is something called DRAM + 0.1V is that what your talking about when your saying increasing vdimm voltage. also when i tired to get to the memory setting i was in bios all that happened is that the bios screen flashed like it reload but nothing comes up. also how far do you think i can push it until the pci/agp becomes unstable do you think i can make 200mhz? or should i start out slowly like 188 and up the voltage to the core? i am getting a new fan for my heat sink soon that will put out a ton more air. also what about changing the dram clock what does that effect? thanks for the help.
