Case Fan Placement Question

I've got a HAF 912 case. I just ordered 2 200mm fans for it. One will go in the front, and one will go in the top.

I plan on putting the 120mm fan from the front on the side. The only other place I could put it would be as a puller on my 212 EVO.

When placed on the side, should it be used as intake or exhaust? I've got a Gigabyte Radeon 7970 for a video card.

Or, would I be better server placing it as puller on my cpu cooler?

Use the side fan as an intake. That way you have cool air blowing over your GPU. I think this is a better use than adding a second fan to your heatsink which usually only gives minimal gains.

Well, the GPU has 3 fans on it that pull air down. I wasn't sure if this would cause any sort of heat accumulation under the gpu.

THIS

Especially if you have a rear exhaust fan with a grill. A push/pull setup with a rear exhuast with a grille increases load temps in almost every situation I have seen. Check my sig for my tests and the EVO 212 club. There's a guy in there that has done more testing than me.
