A panel that fast at 24x14 is far from mainstream and unless you like ghosting you go 120hz no matter what res you opt for. Good luck finding one though. 60hz panels are only mainstream because they're cheap to make no matter what marketing bs they slap on the box that might have you think otherwise.

OP nice find with the Overlord Tempest screens, dont supose u happen to have found any bigger 1440p or 1600p 75hz+ screen around?

Im currnetly running a 42" and i could never go down to a small 27". Minimum i would want is 32", preferably a 37"(only reason i went 42" is becouse i couldnt get a plasma at 37")

Yes, the Overlord Tempest 270OC monitor is by far the best gaming monitor available...at least IMHO. Trotting through the lands of Diablo 3 last night wiping out elites and uber bosses in 2560 x 1440 @ 120Hz on the Tempest monitor...Twas glorious! smile.gif

As for monitors of this type of resolution or higher in a bigger screen size, no such luck. Your only recourse will be to either wait for 4K TVs to become affordable (in a few years) or just settle for a small 27-inch screen of the Tempest 270OC...lol. For me, the 27-inch screen is the perfect size. I only sit about 2 1/2 feet from my monitor which is on my gaming desk. I don't play games on my TV unless I am playing a flying game or driving game on my XBOX 360 that's connected to my Panasonic Viera 55" Plasma TV in my living room biggrin.gif

Good luck with your search. With persistence and a bit of luck, you will find what you are looking for in a perfect gaming setup.
