Asus customer service help.

Hey guys, Frozenoblivion here =3
My VH238H monitor from Asus died on me recently. The monitor stopped turning on, and it was randomly dimming down and shutting down weeks before that. I RMA'D the monitor to Asus, but now the system says that they have no info on my inquiry. Originally, the status was that Asus doesn't have my product yet. Which makes no sense, as the monitor arrived at the department a week ago. Now I can't track the monitor, and no status. I don't want to spend 250$~ on a new monitor.

Call them and ask for an update. I assume you shipped the monitor with UPS/FedEx and you have a tracking number that proves it was delivered to them? If you can prove that the monitor was successfully delivered to them then you won't be on the hook for a possible mistake on their end.

I have a friend who works for Canada post. I've never had one problem with them so far, and I know the people who work in the area, as I have had many packages this year. The package was signed by a man named "Jay CI" Not sure who that is though. Doubt it's JJ. If it is my fault that would be awful on my part.
Edit : I can't call them on a Saturday. The don't even give you a phone number, and it takes me forever to get an e-mail response.
