With PWM you can adjust intensity of lights but I'm not sure if that works with cold cathodes, relay output is just on or off. AC RGB led is just plug and play like you said.

You still have to use the inverter.

Yeah im not interested in adjusting the intensity of the cathode anyway, so I guess relay is my best option.

So is there any information about what two pins to attach my wires to?? And do I need a special connector for it as well, or can I use a fan connector?? I like the idea behind the multiswitch, but 100 bucks is a bit steep for what I need.

And thanks Shoggy for posting in my thread, its an honor.

If your light kit has a power switch then get this plug : http://www.aquatuning.us/product_info.php/info/p11315_Aquacomputer-Stecker-3pol--f-r-Relaisausgang--f-r-aquaero-5-.html and connect wires of the switch to contactors 1 and 3 of plug. Then you can use Aquasuite to control your lights.
