So say we all.

I currently have 683s for mains, but have thought about upgrading to the CM series.

Kids + convex cone = button. I should know, I've been there and done that.

One thing I forgot to mention is if you leave in or near a larger city, be sure to check out some of the audio forums online too. Most people who are local that frequent those forums don't mind if you stop by and listen to their speaker setups if you're interested in their model.

@Stoffie

Those are 7.1 A V receivers.I don't really need 7.1.thinking.gif

5.1 is enough for me.smile.gif

@Electrocutor

I don't know about Jamo.Monitor Audio,Magnat Monitor and Dali are highly recommended here in my country.I will go next week and listen to them at the AV showroom and if I don't like any of them I will listen to the Jamo's too.

Thanks for the advice.smile.gif

There really isn't any difference between 5.1 and 7.1 as far as processors are concerned. Even some 7.1ch receivers actually only have 5 amps inside and share the surround amps between four channels.

Yep. Mine only has 5 amps inside. Turns 7.1 side and rear into L/R Surround, instead of 4 independent channels.

Mine does 7.2/5.2/2.2/7.1/5.1/2.1/2.0

It reads how many speakers I have in and adjusts.

I'm reading on October, 25th and wondering what the end of the story is.
Does anybody know what happend next?
I am trully interested on many comments by Electrocutor.
On other most recent post, someone was asking for advice to buy a 5.1. This comments would be very usefull for that.
