You can, but you have to remove both hard drive cages completely, so you'll have to find a different area for your hard drives. However, you can probably cool it with just a 240mm for the cpu and a 120mm radiator in the back instead of another 240mm. It would be a complete waste of money if you had one 240mm for the CPU and another 240mm for the GPU. Completely unnecessary.
