Should I buy a Physx card for Borderlands 2? - Page 3

Mafia 2 was extremely PhysX intensive. The game needed a 400 series card to run properly with PhysX effects. Obviously I haven't seen any benchmarks yet but borderlands 2 doesn't seem that intensive compared to mafia 2's smoke effects etc.

If I was looking to get a PhysX card I'd try to find a used 768mb GTX 460 somewhere. Those things are pretty cheap nowadays and it should be able to handle pretty much any PhysX effects you throw at it.

That said, I wouldn't buy anything yet seeing that we have almost no benchmarks at all.

Okay, I'll wait for the benchmark to come and than I'll make the decision
