Are My Temps too High

Hey there Everybody, I'm fairly new to overclocking.

I have an intel i7 870 Overclocked to 3.2ghz and have an Antec Kuler h20 920 cooling it.

My idle temps sit around 29 -33c and was wondering if thats good or is it still a bit high? When I play say crysis 2 for about 45 mins it goes up to about 45c.

I was just wondering if these temps are about right or are they still a bit too high?

My Rig is:

Asus Maximus 3 Formula
I7 870 OC to 3.2ghz
Asus 560GTX CU II
16GB Kingston Hyper X 1600 Ram DDR3
Antec Kuler H2o 920
NZXT Phantom full tower case
Cooler master 650W PSU

They're perfectly fine so far. If they start getting 60ºc or higher, you might want to investigate, but not going above 45º is fine.
