hey OCN
Im thinking about getting this -

but i want to know if im able to swap the black tubes with some nice blue tubes?

also do you guys know or have any estimate on how much of a cooling difference that will make compared to my CM hyper 212 evo?

you can but you will not have a warranty when replcaing tubes.

Mosty surely it will perform better then your 212. While 212's are great bang for buck they are far from being the best in regards to heat dissipation.
