Is this unit over charged?

Made a few videos.... The dripping noises happen when mostly on idle and when run under load.

The squealing happens on boot up but stops after 30-45 seconds, like it stops when the unit get to operating pressures?

Squealing : http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=m-ch-vid&v=IcZ5-u3I7CM

Dripping noises : http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=relmfu&v=fh3p_TqyfXA

The suction line will easily frost all the way to compressor and if left will actually start to frost up the compressor.

In the bottom video is was running prime95 on a 2500k running at 5.2Ghx with 1.5v

Could it be the 2500k just doesn't produce enough heat to evaporate all the gas?

Yeah, I'm no pro - at all but it sounds like it is.

Correct Frosty.. but I think you meant liquid. The floodback doesn't sound that bad in the video. A pop here and there is ok, you just don't want to hear a constant popping/sizzle as this will dilute the oil, or worse.. enter the cylinders. The suction accumulator may just be too small for the heavy tune on that unit. It was probably tuned with the intention of a minimal load being applied at idle.. like a highly oc'd i7 or X6.

That squealing/whistling sound is causes by the high velocity gas passing through the convoluted flex line. You only hear it during startup as that's when the velocity is at it's highest.
