Should I get 7850 and oc it to 1ghz++ or wait for this ???
My cpu is athlon II x4 @ 3.4ghz so it's not powerful enough for the high end segment.

Wait for 8k to knock down 7k prices and pick up a 7850 on the cheap.

Also, if my CPU can handle 2x6970s (and it does), you can handle a single 7950. Just don't go dual-gpu and you'll be fine.
