It's single slot card, with I think 512mb.
No I don't know nearly enough about GPU overclocking to even start, I'm more more comfortable on OC'ing CPUs. Just upgraded from a Pentium D 945 (dual core 3.4ghz) to that E8400 and my god it's made a worlds worth of difference. Again sorry for the late reply still at work :/

I got an E6400 @ 3.0 ghz in my other PC, not a bad chip for it's day.
GPU overclocking isn't that bad. I bios flashed my EVGA 8800gt to SC levels a few weeks ago, there are PLENTY of guides here for that kind of stuff if you find interest in it.
