For your 2560x1440 resolution, you need two of these for eyefinity

Part Number is B087B-003J



(center monitor: DVI to DVI)
(right monitor: DVI Monitor port to (miniDP to DVI active adapter /USB powered))
(Left monitor: DVI Monitor port to (miniDP to DVI active adapter /USB powered))

(Unless your monitors have Display Ports but I doubt it)


It is listed in the Eyefinity Hardware compatibility list. HERE
