What gives you the blue screen windows or the monitor?

If windows try resetting the Gpu (if overclocked)

If the screen try getting the screen to auto adjust and see if it is able to show you a picture.

I think its because I changed the resolution on the gpu, once I did that I got a blue screen saying not supported on my monitor,I tried going to safe mode to change it back to default resolution but that didn't work either.I don't have an option to do auto adjust its a vizio its cheep!

remove your 6570 drivers on safe mode then reboot then install new drivers then boot.

ohh maybe your monitor settings was setup to accept digital signal. change your monitor settings to analog signal then it should work.

edit: if it happens that you have touched your monitor settings on your monitor, and probably changed the input signal to digital, it explains why you are not receiving signal from a vga cable.
