App to change monitor tint?

My friend has a Mac and has a program that tints the screen yellow which for some may be annoying but for me it makes it much better to look at.

Is there an app like that for Windows? I've tried f.lux but it just isn't as extreme of a tint to actually help with eyestrain.

Your Radeon drivers can do it through CCC. Move the "Color Temperature Control" slider to the left.

I already knew about that. I just wanted an app that would allow me to adjust them both concurrently and easily turn it off.
