well first of you should download HWmonitor,

http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

And give us your idle temp and and you temp underload after several hours of being under load. Overclocking raises temperatures and if your temps aren't' very good which is likely the case since you have the stock cooler, you can't overclock much if at all.

what is your motherboard. that is probably the most important thing other than the cpu itself when it comes to overclocking.

This is my cpu temp. when running minimum apllications(plus it's night time so it is a little cooler) ,I will post the temp. after playing
skyrim(at 1600*900 res.) for 1 to 1.5 hour then the temp.should go up.

looks like a MSI K9A-2VM which i think is an am2 3=1 vrm board. I wouldnt push it hard, but an 80w chip @ 3.5ghz probably would be ok.

As @cdoublejj says it eill be difficult to overclock my cpu with stock cooling , is there any other way to increase my cpu clock speed ????

Idle temps dont matter. What are your temps at load?

that motherboard has a 3+1 power phase design, and the VRMs arent heatsinked. i wouldnt even begin to overclock on that board. not to mention you only have stock cooling. when you get some money, i would get a new motherboard, gpu, ram, and heatsink.
