I believe it might be an issue with the Nvidia controller. I could recall others having a similar issue.

on this note, with ths I am getting spikes into the 3000's an an average polling rate of 1111~

without I get 999 average with the largest spikes being 1007.

I decided to try based off some threads I found while trying to research if this is really an issue or not.

I am not using cpl mousefix.
My suspicion is that it is a voltage issue. The 750i is known to drop voltage underload, that's why people have to pump the voltage up a bit more for oc'ing on it. I suspect that the motherboard is dropping voltage to the pci bus that controls the usb ports under cpu load. I am not sure how I would fix this.

If you could supply any more info on that Nvidia controller issue I would be grateful.
