my issue?it seems refresh rate speed are being manipulated,so in theory it looks like some of the claim of 1ms is accurate as refresh rate standard test demand.but the standard doesnt say anything about out of peak value.so res green and blue sub-pixel can be at 100 milisecond as long as on to off and back show 1 ms.(maximumpc tested this with very high speed camera and the stuff standard refresh rate test was accure but what is not tested was so slow it was a nightmare.are there any site test the rgb subpixel speed vs actual refresh rate standard?
