I have found how to use programs and how to make it dual boot so i am virtually running ICS but i want to wipe off windows 7 and make it ICS only. Does anyone know a way to do this or a link to a tutorial because i can not find one... The Tablet pc is a FIC Tycoon and is currently running W7 home premium. Any help would be appreciated

OK, I found the specs online for it. Hoping it has a USB 2.0 on it, you can put something called Android X86 on it. All it is, is basically 32 bit android that can have a mouse, and use a processor with desktop architecture.

Download it here

Make the ISO into a bootable flashdrive, meaning you might need to access the BIOS on the tablet.

Once you get into the BIOS, install the ISO, and then reboot or whatever.

Boom, android on your tablet.

here is some video proof, of my acer netbook with the same CPU running it.
