If I used 2 360mm radiators on a 3820 processor with a 35x pump, would it benefit me more than a single 360 with the same pump?

Not by much if at all....depends on the fans, ambient, and OC though.

I think Martin runs like 360mm per block. I suppose it depends on the delta you're trying to hit.

If you have the GPUs in the loop as well then yes the extra rad would most likely give some benefit.
You're not going to hit ambient though. Ever.

Depending on your fan speed you will see a small to minimal difference on a CPU only loop. If you have two GPUs in the loop too then you might see a bigger difference.
As I have said before, measure your water and air temperatures at load. The best you can realistically hope for is to get them within 2°C on load, take that as a base point and see how far you are off it. For example on load I can maintain a water-air delta of 5-6°C, adding more rads could potentially drop my CPU load temps by 3-4°C.
However as Alatar said you will never manage to hit ambient temperatures at idle without some kind of active cooling (phase or TEC). Physics just don't work that way.
Why the obsession with idle temps anyway? They really don't matter and will not affect the life of your chip.

You can use a 240 rad cpu only or you could use a 360 rad for a cpu and gpu. You would not benifit in using two 360 rads for just the cpu.

Since one of my radiators is defective I have been using just the 1 360 for my GPU CPU setup.
I am playing with the idea of doing 2 loops and buying some Alphacool UT60 radiators. 1 360mm and one 240mm, and when I get my BIX back from Manufacturer I would then have 2 360's and one 240mm. I will have to try and get the temp of the water sometime this week. My 3820 loads at about 60ish at 25c. I was just looking for a way to keep that down.....

i wouldnt mesh the BIX 360 with the alphas.. kinda counter-productive..
the alphas @ 10fpi where the BIX360 is 20fpi...sell the BIX and work towards
a silent fan set... the 10fpi helps out in that reguard.. use high static pressure
fans.

Why not mesh radiators? If you use the same fans I do not see the diff in noise?
