Battlefield 3 not recognized by Origin

So here's the deal, I just finished re-formatting my sig PC with a brand new install of Windows 8 Pro (legit key guys don't worry), and I usually keep my games backed up on the same drive but on a different partition, so after installing Origin, I moved the BF3 folder over the new Program Files\Origin Games folder, restarted Origin, but now Origin won't recognize BF3, at this point Origin usually gave me the "Ready to install" message, but now it only says "Download", what could be causing this?

It's worth noting that a friend of mine used my PC to log in with his Origin account (he wanted to try my GTX 670 FTW), he's a premium member so my game files were updated with Armored Kill, I'm not a premium member so I don't have access to Armored Kill, is this causing the issue?

I did this with the Consumer Preview without a single issue mate... So it's gotta be something else.
