Title pretty says it all, is there a way to disable/prevent Windows 8 from powering up the PC with the move/click of the mouse/keyboard?

Thanks!

An idea, try to disable these setting in the BIOS if available. On most rigs these wake from sleep settings can be changed in the BIOS of the motherboard.
