Silencing Coolermaster GX 750!

Have: Coolermaster GX 750, Several 120 and one 140 MM fans.
Need: To silence the damn thing!
Budget? None to about 20 Dollars
Stores? Microcenter, Radioshack

I need your help Guys I have a Coolermaster GX 750 that is LOUDER THAN MY GTX 480!!!!!
I desperately want the unit to be quiet(er) than it is now. How would I go about this? Keep In mind a very tiny budget, and I have a couple spare fans laying about that are 120MM and one 140MM fan.
I would appreciate any and all constructive advice.
I am currently joining radioshack so at least I will have some money coming in and when I have enough I will be upgrading to a semi or full modular 80+ Unit so long term stability is recommended, but not an absolute muct.

Is it the 80PLUS or the 80PLUS Bronze version?

I believe its just 80plus

It's a 450W power supply, not a 750W. CoolerMaster lied (as per usual). That's why it's loud; you're pushing it close to its limit with the GTX480.
