Have: Coolermaster GX 750, Several 120 and one 140 MM fans.

I need your help Guys I have a Coolermaster GX 750 that is LOUDER THAN MY GTX 480!!!!!
I desperately want the unit to be quiet(er) than it is now. How would I go about this? Keep In mind a very tiny budget, and I have a couple spare fans laying about that are 120MM and one 140MM fan.
I would appreciate any and all constructive advice.
I am currently joining radioshack so at least I will have some money coming in and when I have enough I will be upgrading to a semi or full modular 80+ Unit so long term stability is recommended, but not an absolute muct.
