I need help picking a gaming keyboard for my new computer set up I'm making.

Specifications:
- Cheap
- Black, with blue backlighting
- Mechanical
- Preferrably from this website: http://umart.com.au
- Durable
- IF possible, not a must; look futuristic.

What about the Mionix Zibal 60?

I have two of these for about a year now, great keyboards for typing and gaming. Green backlight is awesome and the USB and Audio ports on the back have proven to be handy time and time again for me.

I would prefer a keyboard under $100, I know the keyboards I was looking at are over.

If you are willing to spend the money then I'd suggest the Shine 2, a fair number of users have reported having issues with the backlighting on the Blackwidow and the K60 isn't backlit (however the K90 is).

Corsair K Series - Not Fully mechanical, you are warned

Black Widow - 3 letters to describe this, POS. Stabilizers break in less than a year (Spacebar especially), Not true 6KRO, its UP TO 6KRO, if you press WASD and 2 other keys, its 6KRO, but if you were to press lets say... TYUIOP, only T and Y will be registered. Backlights tend to flicker when keyboard is ageing.

Ducky Shine - Good Backlit Mechanical Keyboard, very customisable.

Edit: Blackwidow also has glossy finish, so its a fingerprint magnet.

I've had absolutely no problem with my Blackwidow to report. Only thing that took quite a bit of getting used to was the position of the macro keys down the left hand side. Other than that brilliant imo.

Then you are one lucky chap, you can find lots of rage on the net concerning the Black Widow.

If you don't mind the board missing the backlit feature then you might want to have a look at the Cmstorm quick fire rapid cherry reds. Its build is on par with filco since they are supposedly from the same oem. If you live in the Uk you might want to try the TT meka, its as compact as a tkl keyboard but with a numpad and has cherry mx blacks switches, the switches are plate mounted and it has an inner metal "chassis", the fixed braided cord is thick and of very nice quality. I have really started to like that board and is quite cheap, I do however have a gripe with it, they keycaps suck quite a bit and when bottomed out I do not like how the default keycaps sound and I really disliked the layout at first and I still do not like the large L enter key as it is hard to find replacements (there are many other non standard keys on this board) also the printing on the keycaps wear out quite quick as they are pad printed but all these flaws aside this board is a really nice and simple board for gaming without much bells and whistles such as macro keys and backlit.

If you do want a backlit board try looking at the cm storm quickfire trigger, it goes for 99 now I think or a bit over a 100 even still it is a nice board.
