I've personally used it for years without even knowing that it was here. It just add crazy amounts of acceleration.

Not saying that it's a good thing to have it on, just that it is possible to have good muscle memory with it enabled.

Evidence for that statement?

I have realized the issue is only with league of legends. Been playing skyrim for the last 2 days to make sure. Haven't had a single issue in about 12 hours of gameplay in skyrim.

I play a lot of League Of Legends and never had an acceleration issue.
I've played a lot with the G500 and SetPoint software with macros for LoL (like QWE autocast macros for the lateral buttons, autopings for the CPI buttons, etc) and never had an issue, it even switches profiles automatically between windows and LoL.

There's an option for acceleration and OS native movement support, I suggest you try switching those.

Where are these? I looked in game and couldn't find them.

Edit: Just played a custom game with a friend practicing jungle on my team and that's it. I didn't have the problem at all.
