I already try that method.. no luck. I also tryed with 2 dimms and 3 .. I scanned all the sticks with Memtest86+ and shows no errors.
The problem is that i spend to much money and the ram have XMP Profile 1.3 and i was thinking that this memory cannot be issue.

@coolhandluke41 "First thing you want to do is clear CMOS/load optimized defaults
-load one of Nick's profiles (this will set up fixed mode )
-choose XMP/set your primary timings just like on the stick (9-11-10-2T<=try 2T first )
-set your DRR voltage 1.65~1.67v (you can also try to lower voltage -some bords will give more than you ask for ,some as much as .07v ..it happen to me )
-set VCCSA 1.15~1.2v (you may need more ,this is important voltage setting especially when running 4x4 which is very hard on IMC
-set IMC voltage 1.1v
-choose 2133 frequency in bios and DRAM TIMING MODE properly
remember running all four DIMMS is strenuous on CPU and some won't play nice, try your luck with 8Gb first
"

(9-11-10...-2T) And what about the fourth number ? Should be 27 or 30 ? I actualy dont know wich one is better. Also i tryed this , i pushed the DRR voltage , i play with the others two settings , but everytime when i press F10(or just save and quit the BIOS) to save and quit .. the PC Freezes for around 2 sec. then it turns off! After 2 sec. starts and no screen , then it turns off again. After 2 sec. start again .. no scren ... and finaly shows up with default settings and ram shows 1333Mhz!
I will try exactly those settings that you are giving me. And im sure the pc will not boot, but this is the new chance anyway , so thanks for advice i will test the machine again smile.gif

p.p. Here is review that 16GB runs even 2400MHz but use different board..

Mine does the exact same thing! I cannot get it to run anything other than the default 1333MHz
I am using the GSkill Trident 2400 2x4GB RAM

Seems that bios fan control on this motherboard really sucks. Only options are full blast and manual, with my old Asus I could set fan speed according to cpu temp. I tried Formula Drive and it's so buggy that I uninstalled it quickly. Any tips? I don't want to buy fan controller.

You can set it to start to speed up once the cpu reaches certain degrees

You can set the both idle level and the desired temp for the cpu fans (1 and 2) from bios
Otherwise and/or for a more direct and personal (manual) control of the cpu fan 1 and sys fan 1 (the two pwm headers) I'd suggest you the speedfan utility thumb.gif
I've just installed it to control my two cpu fans of my D14, (re)installed today, the 120mm Nidec Servo Gentle Typhoon AP-29 3000 rpm, pwm modded (with the speed control) and the 140mm Thermalright TY-143 2500rpm and I have to tell you that the second cpu fan2 speed is % related to the first one so when I'm lowering my AP-29 down to 16% (~1323rpm) idle min value, the second TY-143 fan gets 0 rpm
I definitely have to plug it to the sys fan header in order to control it individually
I'll do that tomorrow and let you know, btw the latest speedfan (4.49) is a bit different, no more "software control" setting for the 3 PWM, now it's called "manual" but it's just the same

There's even the option to create one or two advanced fan controllers with a proper graphic curve, however I'm only using the classic manual % settings with low values for daily use and high values (like 65% to 100%) for the fans when I'm benching

Some pics if you're not familiar with the settings: wink.gif
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Notice that I renamed the two CPU Fan 1 and CPU Speed 1 and I'll do the same for the second fan too
Not sure if it can control a third fan as well, older versions (on a X58 Gigabyte) couldn't, you can try
However if you have two identical fans to use with your cpu (speed) you can use the two cpu headers and control them at the same speed
And you'll still have at least one third fan (sys fan1) if you need it cool.gif

Thanks smile.gif Problem is, I don't have single PWM fan in this system. Just 3-pin Corsair AF140's and Scythe Gentle Typhoons. CPU1 connector has my Antec Kuhler 620 pump connected to it, rest are at chassis fan connectors. Would Speedfan be able to control those connectors?

The speedfan really do control the 3-pin fans!
I've always use them wink.gif

However, the three PWM1, PWM2 and PWM3 only are successfully controllable (even if you plug 3-pin fans):

http://www.xtremeshack.com/photos/20140302139379467729552.JPG

And, as I said before, you can control a twin fan with your cpu fan 2 header
That make four fans thumb.gif

Thanks for the rep! tongue.gif
Already changed the TY-143's fan header this morning, from the CPU_Fan 2 to the SYS_Fan 1 and also renamed it within the speedfan as CPU Fan 2 and CPU Speed 2 (even if it's the first fan shown)
Now I'm having a fully, customized speedfan control of the both fans individually, below set to 50-100% and 60-100% (bench settings):

http://s11.postimg.org/4f590foht/4_7ghz_offset_Xmp_NTH1_hispeed.jpg

Otherwise I'm keeping 'em in daily at 16-50% (cpu1) and 38-60% (cpu2), within a comfortable noise range:

http://s10.postimg.org/6ngftqmjt/Clipboard01.jpg

There's even the bios setting for the sys_fan1 just like the cpu fan with the both target temp and speed level (which I properly lowered to level 2, otherwise it was way toot loud), maybe because the fan is a pwm one cool.gif

Seems that I'm not able to control the fan connected to CPU FAN1 header at all. Same problem with CHA FAN1. No matter what I set to temp target or target speed, fan stays at full blast. Any tips, I'd like to have bios controlling it without any software.

You're not having your speedfan properly setup. It will 100% work if correctly set.

If you want to use the bios mode only, then simply set to "automatic fan speed" for the cpu 1 & 2, leave the 50°C temp and set the level on 1 or 2
I'd also set the mos fan to manual mode and level 2. cool.gif

Hey Arrow, did you ever solve your memory problems? I got my replacement board from Asrock and am happy that my bios issues are fixed. Also, since we have (had) the same memory I was interested to see how it would work on a different board and am happy to say I've had no problems at all. After reading about your troubles I got scared that maybe I was just lucky with my mem and the first board.

I settled on an overclock of 4.7 Ghz, and after extensive testing found that I had to run a vcore offset of +0.55. Anything below that and Prime95 would eventually fail (although it took a long time, over a day). At that speed and offset my vcore tops out at 1.4v. I should mention that this is with Load Line Calibration setting on 2.

It seems like 4.7 is the sweet spot for me. From 4.8 and on I really have to ramp up the voltages for stability.
