Thanks very much for reply.

Which BIOS upgrade to you recommend? I will overclock later but not looking for anything above about 4.2/4.3 I guess. My days of searching for 4.9/5.0 with water etc are long gone. Just looking for stability and a mid-range OC later. The Z77 OCF looks a nice piece of kit. Looking forward to playing with it.

Cheers & thanks again

No problems mate !
Regarding the bios, install the latest bios which 2.30.

Yes, use either the 2.0 (some folks retain it slightly better with the 3770K mid oc) or the 2.30 which seems to have a better (Geil) memory support wink.gif

I'm using the 2.30 with the above mod right now, two bios profiles at 4.6 and 4.7ghz, everything ok

I agree, the OCF has a new, digital (pwm) CHiL vrm and no more the analog (rather than hybrid) Intersil based vrm
The voltages are pretty accurate now wink.gifcool.gif

You have measured from the wrong place, the VProbe spots don't provide accurate voltage readings, the right place to measure is still behind the motherboard and yes OC Formula is affected aswell.
It isn't as bad as it was on my Z77 E4 but the OC Formula still has this exact same issue.

Kind of a stupid question but will removing the 40mm fan on the motherboard really affect anything? Recently it has been really loud and I'm wanting to remove it, but just wanted to make sure it won't affect anything first...

I won't recommend removing the vrm fan completely since the summer is about to come
However you can lower it's rpm to ~ 2000 from the bios, I'm using the level 2 and is really silent this way wink.gifcool.gif
